Hyaluronic Acid

How Supplied:

Clindamycin 1% and benzoyl perSupplied in a disposable glass syringe with a Luer-Lok® fitting. Perlane-L is co-packed with sterilized needle(s) as indicated on the carton, either 27 G Thin Wall (TW) x ½ inch or 29 G TW x ½ inchxide 5% gel, 25 g, 35 g, and 50 g

Indications and Usage:

Implantation into the deep dermis to superficial subcutis for the correction of moderate to severe facial folds and wrinkles, such as nasolabial folds.

Active Ingredient:

cross-linked non animal hyaluronic acid and lidocaine

Shelf Life:

Up to 1 year after production date. Store at room temperature

Duration:

Up to 6 months

Side Effects and Contraindications:

Contraindicated for patients with severe allergies manifested by a history of anaphylaxis or history or presence of multiple severe allergies; contains trace amounts of Gram-positive bacterial proteins, and is contraindicated for patients with a history of allergies to such material; contraindicated for patients with bleeding disorders and for implantation in anatomical spaces other than the dermis or superficial layer of the subcutis. Perlane-L is contraindicated for implantation in anatomical spaces other than the dermis or superficial layer of the subcutis. Reported adverse events include temporary bruising, swelling, redness, pain, tenderness, and itching. Presumptive bacterial infections, inflammatory adverse events, allergic adverse events, and necrosis have also been reported.
